Only three things matter to measure

At the most basic level, there are only three things that really matter when it comes to measuring them – money, food and time.

Money

This one is easy to track, for the amount we have available to spend is usually known in advance. The challange is there are always

Savings hack: Lower your ego and live below your means.

Food

Diet hack: Burn more calories than you consume.

Fitness hack: Sweat and lift heavy stuff.

Time
